The Know Your Score: Fight Prostate Cancer campaign is a year-long effort with many different events happening along the Grand Strand! We are always in need of people who are willing to volunteer their time to help us raise money for prostate cancer research.

In three years, three cities – Washington, D.C., Pittsburgh and Toronto – held Know Your Score fundraising tournaments, with the winner of each event receiving a trip to Myrtle Beach and entry into the Know Your Score Celebrity Pro-Am and the Gala that follows.

Our initial goal is to raise over $250,000 to create a research endowment, and educate men on the importance of early detection of prostate cancer. Without the help of sponsorships our efforts would be impossible. There are several levels of sponsorships for the 2009 Know Your Score: Fight Prostate Cancer Celebrity Golf Tournament & Gala.

Steering Committee

The Know Your Score Steering committee consists of local business men and women who are passionate about raising awareness and educating men about prostate cancer. The Steering committee meets once a month during the year to plan the fundraising efforts.
